Daniel J. Geller Biography
Dan Geller began his real estate career in 1982. He is a highly respected producer, strategic thinker and exceptionally skilled negotiator with unparalleled real estate experience. Immediately after college Dan rose through the ranks at Garrick-Aug Associates, the world's largest and most successful retail real estate firm where he was ultimately named Managing Director. After leaving the company he, along with two colleagues formed a competitive interest which they grew and eventually sold to one of the premier names in commercial real estate.
Having represented many of the world's largest retailers such as Sears Roebuck & Co. as well as major shopping center developers Dan brings more value to his clients than his competitors. "I saw that I have a clear advantage over the competition in residential real estate as I quickly learned that an overwhelming majority of licensed agents in New York City lack the business skills needed to properly market and represent clients, resulting in buyers paying too much and sellers not maximizing profit." says Geller. Dan Geller entered residential real estate at Prudential Douglas Elliman. He quickly demonstrated his leadership ability and formed Geller Luxe, the company's most sought after team to be a member. Dan was elected to the Keller Williams NYC Board of Directors as well as named Strategic Alliances Chairman.
