Not one to shy away from a challenge Chuck, who previously specialized in the Atlanta marketplace, had the strong desire to try his talents out on New York City’s luxury real estate market that led him to ardently transfer those skills and successfully founded the Franklin Team—a team that works tirelessly to exceed the expectations of its clients.
