About Anastasios Karydis

Anastasios Karydis has been passionate about real estate since growing up in Athens, Greece. Coming from a two generation family of real estate developers and having a graduate degree as a Civil Engineer, his goal is to serve his clients with the utmost professional and accurate advice. Prior to joining Keller Williams NYC, Anastasios was Head Captain at an upscale Mediterranean dining establishment where he helped to improve sales, and organize corporate events.

Anastasios is highly-skilled in contract negotiation, market trend analysis and property touring. Working with people from diverse backgrounds has provided him with a deep understanding and awareness of differences in both individuals and organizations.

Outside of real estate, Anastasios proudly engages in theatrical, film, and music productions as an artist and producer in Queens and Manhattan. During his spare time, he can be found playing tennis in the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center and other courts around the city. Outside of the office, Anastasios also enjoys wine tasting, movies, sailing and hiking.
