Licensed Real Estate Associate BrokerKWNYC is pleased to welcome Dawn Chartoff, a seasoned commercial real estate associate broker with over 28 years of experience in the industry. Ms. Chartoff specializes in representing landlords and tenants in the leasing and sales of commercial properties, with a focus on schools, nonprofits, engineering, and architecture firms.
Prior to joining Keller Williams NYC, Ms. Chartoff worked at Helmsley Spear and Brown Harris Stevens' Commercial division for several years. She also has direct experience working with Brett Zelner at the Lansco Corporation, utilizing phone, conference, internet research, and social media postings to bring in new clients. Ms. Chartoff began her career as a Researcher and Writer for the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs before transitioning to Bernstein Real Estate. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and has completed courses in digital marketing at both FIT and NYU.
In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Chartoff is passionate about Social Impact and Corporate Social Responsibility projects, including offices where individuals can live and work to help communities financially thrive.
