About Erol Dervisevic

A first-generation American whose parents immigrated from a war-torn Yugoslavia, Erol’s hard work and dedication are a direct result of his parent’s values. Growing up in Astoria, Queens, where community is important, Erol’s real estate journey stems from a passion for relationships, and an appreciation for creating generational wealth. Erol believes that a more people-focused approach, as well as actionable market data, is key to a successful transaction and relationship.

Erol formed this people-focused approach while a member of a National Basketball Championship program at Berkeley College. He obtained his BA in Business Administration. Erol quickly learned to anticipate customer needs with empathy and understanding. Today, he uses these same attentive skills to guide his real estate clients and landlords. Erol is a team member of the Beyond Capital Team at Keller Williams.
