Before becoming an agent, Jodan worked with many software-focused Fortune 500/1000 companies where he developed strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of his clients’ needs.

Real estate has always been a passion for Jodan. Originally from Indianapolis, IN, Jodan attended Georgia Institute of Technology and earned a Master’s in Building Construction. He values a strong work ethic, communication, and execution from his time playing collegiate basketball.

The people, the energy, the parks, and the unique architecture New York City brings are what brought Jodan to the city. He gives back to the community through his work with KW Cares and enjoys playing basketball, listening to music, discovering new architecture & design, and cooking.
