    “My wife and I met Dan Geller four years prior to finally selling our charming, large one-bedroom prewar co-op. At that time we were considering selling and heard from various neighbors that Dan had earned them well over asking price for their apartments. That was during a challenging market period. Dan has had several such successes in our building in recent years and each client was extremely satisfied. For certain practical reasons we held off on selling. We knew from the moment we met Dan that he would be our agent and advocate when we were ready. His understanding of our property in context — the building, the market, the economic climate — was more incisive, confident and coherent than some other very capable brokers we had met. Fast forward to 2018 when we were ready to sell and not wanting to do any work on our apartment, which needed a few upgrades. Our lives didn’t allow the money, space and time for doing that work. In light of this we were surprised that Dan’s recommendations for how to market and sell the apartment had also changed from our conversations four years prior. He very wisely laid out his approach as to how to show the property’s real value in as-is condition. He explained how the market, property values, and the buyers for our type of property had changed in the 4-plus years since we had met him. And he was 100% right. Each of the interested buyers, whom Dan began attracting within days even though we were selling off-market, brought their architects and designers ready to renovate and customize their purchase. Dan got us the price we were looking for and he did so through unflinching, nearly round the clock devotion to the project. Using his impeccable knowledge of the New York real estate markets (and I mean impeccable – he knows every neighborhood, every street, every building), Dan quickly directed us on the correct path and helped us find the perfect home very quickly. He and his team were extremely flexible in finding the times around our busy schedules to show us a number of apartments. Dan provided valuable advice on how to weigh pros and cons. And he never once pushed us in an uncomfortable direction. At the same time, Dan found an all cash buyer for our apartment, who was willing to let us stay after closing for as long as we needed. Dan personally negotiated both deals and managed every aspect of this difficult process. Suffice it to say that these deals would not have happened if we had a different real estate broker. Dan was also extremely instrumental in helping us get the apartment ready for the sale – from taking perfect photos and writing a perfect description, to finding a handy-man to replace some of our appliances on a day’s notice. In conclusion, I cannot find enough superlatives to describe the service we received from Dan Geller and the Geller Group Luxe Team at Keller Williams. If everyone did their job with the same passion, the world would be a better place. ”

    “I had listed my apartment with another real estate broker at one of the other major firms. After three months of being on the market the broker attracted only a few visitors and no offers. An acquaintance of mine recommended that I call Dan Geller, President of the Geller Group at Keller Williams NYC. He met with me and explained that he isn’t in the business of selling apartments like other agents. Instead, he and his team market homes. I told Dan how much I wanted to sell my apartment for and he said, “No. It’s worth $50,000 more and I’m not going to let you sell it for less than it’s worth.” Even though I had gotten no results with my previous real estate agent after three months of listing, Dan looked me straight in the eyes and said he would sell my apartment within a week. The end result was this: I received two full-priced offers within four days and had contracts signed within a few more days. I got the highest price per square foot ever paid in my building. After that, Dan secured a new home for my family and negotiated a deal that I didn’t think was possible.
