About Lisa

Lisa Joa has been working with premier Manhattan real estate companies for over a decade. When she decided to pursue a career with the Bracha Group, Ilan Bracha was announced the youngest Managing Director at Douglas Elliman and founded his own luxury real estate team, Bracha Group, which has since become the Bracha New York team at Keller Williams NYC.

As Ilan was looking to grow his team, he was seeking a group of exceptional, experienced professionals. He found that Lisa possessed these qualities. Her intelligence, passion, integrity, drive and reputation for excellence led to her to being named Marketing Coordinator of Bracha Group. She quickly proved herself as one of the most valuable employees and was soon promoted to Director of Operations. Since then, she has played an instrumental role within the group, helping them achieve unmitigated levels of success and become one of Manhattan’s most reputable and recognized real estate teams.

In addition to specializing in Sales and Marketing for New Developments, Lisa also manages the company’s day-to-day operations, provides creative concepts and input to the advertising and marketing team, oversees human resources, is the primary liaison to legal counsel and does re-sale deals on the side. Her colleagues rely heavily on her guidance and expertise to ensure business protocol is followed and financial goals are being met and/or surpassed.

Transitioning to Keller Williams NYC in 2011, Lisa’s stellar organizational and management skills helped pave the way for the company, adding over 100 agents in their first year.
