“We have had several real estate transactions over the years, some easier than others. I have also met dozens of realtors & not one of them measure up to Lisa''s abilities. Her first & always concern is her clients welfare. Real estate transactions aren''t always easy to begin with. Short sales can be very tricky, especially with the incompetence at the bank level. Lisa is an expert, especially with short sales. Short sales can be emotional because of the nature of them. We lived in our house for 27+ years and it was a sad day when this happened. Again, Lisa is very sensitive & caring to her clients but tough as nails when negotiating with clients her prime concern. I can''t speak highly enough of her integrity, ethics, knowledge & discipline it took to get this transaction closed, especially before year end. She was also very helpful finding a place to move. I simply don''t have all the good words to complement Lisa & the job she did for us. We have no reservation recommending Lisa for any real estate transaction, whether simple or difficult.
