In 2020, Mirza took the entrepreneurial plunge to bring to market Beyond Capital, a vertically integrated real estate investment, development and advisory firm headquartered in New York City, focused on investment and repositioning opportunities within major national markets.

As a real estate investor himself, Mirza's knowledge of rezoning laws and construction allows him to provide alternative investment market research, data and insight to his clients. He believes that credible real time data and outside the box solutions are key to providing service at the highest level.
