Originally from Split, Croatia, Dora’s path to real estate has been shaped by her experiences in both sports and business. After relocating to Arizona, she competed in Division 1 swimming while earning her Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a Minor in Spanish. As a member of the Croatian National Swimming Federation, Dora earned Multinational Champion titles, consistently winning nine events each year for a decade. These experiences instilled in her a strong work ethic, resilience, and an unwavering focus on achieving goals—qualities she applies to every real estate transaction.

Dora moved to New York with just $200 in her pocket, filled with optimism, dreams, and ambition. That leap of faith marked a defining moment, reflecting her belief that anything is possible with determination. Before entering real estate, Dora excelled in event planning, managing high-profile events, including corporate functions at one of the largest private equity firms. This background honed her ability to manage complex tasks and navigate high-pressure situations—skills that seamlessly transfer to real estate.

Dora is still passionate about swimming and challenges herself through a variety of sports, with surfing being her latest obsession.
