Over the last six years, Emy Bruzzo has cultivated an intimate knowledge of New York City, demonstrating a strong commitment to connecting with clients to locate their ideal home. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Emy's passion for metropolitan areas is deeply ingrained. Her parents' immigration from Puerto Rico to New York established a profound attachment to the city, which she inherited. Currently residing in Astoria with her husband Alex, Emy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and boasts a twenty-year career in education. Her creative spirit perceives real estate as an art form, having bought and sold several properties throughout her career, with an affinity for showcasing the beauty of real estate. As an educator, Emy understands the importance of effective communication, hard work, loyalty, and unwavering dedication to ensuring her clients' success.

 

When she's not singing, walking her dog, or roller skating, Emy's attention is focused on growing her sales and rentals business. Her goal is to expand into investments, commercial, and luxury property.
