RED Day, which stands for Renew, Energize and Donate, is Keller Williams Realty’s annual day of service. Each year on the second Thursday of May, every single KW office closes and associates spend the day away from their businesses serving worthy organizations and causes within the community. From serving meals across Manhattan to planting rooftop gardens in Greenpoint, we are hands on New Yorkers.
KW Cares is a 501(c)(3) public charity created to support Keller Williams associates and their families with hardship because of a sudden emergency. Hardship is defined as a difficult circumstance that a person or family cannot handle without outside help. The charity is the heart of Keller Williams culture in action finding and serving the higher purpose of business through charitable giving in the market centers and communities where Keller Williams’ associates live and work.
Based on Gary Keller’s productivity and life lessons course, Quantum Leap, QL is a one-day event that teaches young adults how to think like an entrepreneur, gain a competitive edge, and obtain their “unfair share” no matter what industry they pursue.
Through QL, students are empowered to achieve what they want in life. Many QL graduates go on to start their own businesses, some pursue higher education thanks to their new goals, and others leave eager to focus on accelerating their professional growth. Most importantly, the curriculum equips every student with simple yet powerful tools to make better decisions, move past obstacles, and increase their productivity in all areas of life.
