  • “Marisol is hands down the best realtor I’ve worked with and anyone whose looking to buy/sell/lease in NYC should consider working with her. She has common sense, goes the extra mile and is an example of customer service excellence. I reached out Marisol in February to help me rent my furnished Chelsea townhouse while I travelled for a year. Not an easy task considering a premium price and plenty of inventory. In less than a month the apartment was rented full price with top tenants willing to take care of my house as I do.   • “In the spring of 2023, I was trying to decide how to sell my fathers apartment, which had been vacant and seldom used for many years. I was approached by a buyer who lived in the building but since I live out of state, I decided that I needed the help of an experienced NYC broker, familiar with the building and neighborhood. I was introduced to Rich through another broker because of his expertise in the co-op. Rich offered to handle the negotiation and transaction at a reduced fee and also to assist me with emptying the apartment. I hired Rich and I could not have been happier.
