Real Estate Broker/Broker of Record-CCOFanny has been a Licensed Real Estate professional since 2005. As a Real Estate Broker, and a prior 20+ years Executive Search Recruiter - Fanny's business has always been focused on authentically delivering great service to everyone she has worked on behalf of and those she has managed.
Fanny was born and raised in what many refer to as ‘The Greatest City in The World’ - New York City! Shortly after completing her education at Baruch College, CUNY with a concentration in Political Science, a career encompassing 20+ years of an exceptional reputation divided equally between serving as a Senior Executive Search Recruiter and subsequently as President/CEO, and the owner of her own Executive Search firm began. Senior Executives of a partial list of major corporations such as: Citibank, Bank of America Securities, Cisco Systems, SIAC (Securities Industry Automation Corp), Société Générale, Swiss Bank/Credit Suisse, Lazard Freres, IPC Information Systems, Reuters, and The Chicago Mercantile Exchange have entrusted her with filling their Trading Floor IT/Technology senior-level positions located in New York City, Boston, Chicago and London. In the operation of this successful business, her attention to detail and a dedication and commitment to customer care and satisfaction are core factors which she attributes to having been a sole and Exclusive Executive Search Recruiter to both clients and candidates alike, a recipient of consistent referrals, but more importantly, earning the respect and trust of others.
As a buyer and seller herself of homes and retail businesses located in New Jersey and Florida, a natural progression into a successful career in Real Estate began shortly following the loss of long standing client friends whose offices were located in the World Trade Center on September 11th. Fanny's real estate career has encompassed being a Senior Vice President of Sales, a Managing Director and presently a Real Estate Broker (BOR), Chief Compliance Officer and DOS approved Real Estate Instructor and has had an integral role in the recruitment and association of hundreds of agents in the re-launching of this Keller Williams NYC's Flagship 99 Park Avenue location in 2020, to overseeing an office now comprised of upwards of 600+ agents.

She is trilingual; fluent in Spanish and Italian and an avid traveler to European countries where she has mastered her cooking and wine-pairing skills in.
