    “Marisol is hands down the best realtor I’ve worked with and anyone whose looking to buy/sell/lease in NYC should consider working with her. She has common sense, goes the extra mile and is an example of customer service excellence. I reached out Marisol in February to help me rent my furnished Chelsea townhouse while I travelled for a year. Not an easy task considering a premium price and plenty of inventory. In less than a month the apartment was rented full price with top tenants willing to take care of my house as I do. First, Marisol walked me through the process (including pricing, fees, times, etc.) to ensure clear expectations. In less than a week the listing was up with killer pics and copywriting(arranged by her). Prospects started calling right away and she handled me pre-qualified candidates. This made it easy for me and the co-op to decide the best tenant. After a week we had a qualified tenant willing to pay full price and an excited co-op to welcome the new tenant (sometimes the hardest stage of the process!) In the 3 weeks between finding the tenant and handling the keys, Marisol went the extra mile by helping me with time consuming tasks such as doing the inventory (as I was renting furnished), finding moving companies specialized in high end art and establishing the relationship with the new tenants. I’ve worked with more than 15 realtors in NYC and I couldn’t be more satisfied. She’s awesome and rest assured if you decide to work with Marisol you’re in the best hands.”
