“I am a recent graduate of Indiana University, and despite all my fears and concerns, Beatriz took care of me like a big sister. Before flying into the city to tour, my mom contacted Beatriz after finding her online. She stayed in contact with me and mom, answering phone calls and texts at all hours of the day. When I was moving to New York, I was scrambling around showings, open houses, and spent time and money looking for the right place. As an International student and after living with roommates for over 3 years, I was completely unaware of how hard and bureaucratic would be to rent an Apartment by myself in NY. I got in this adventure and started learning so many things, specially that it is not just a mix of luck, timing and budget. It also has a bitter sweet of excitement and frustration. At the beginning I wanted to save money, so I've tried no fee apartments...unsuccessfully!! Then, without much choice, I decided to do it through other brokers who, although they had shown me some apartments I liked, none of them showed me such empathy, capability and self-confidence to deal with my situation as Beatriz did. Beatriz in a very practical and competent way, in less than 24 hours, I unbelievably got my application approved for the right and only AP she showed me!!

There are so many brokers in NYC, but not all them are worth your fee. So choose one that really understand, advocates, and support customers as I experienced with Beatriz.
