    “I found Matt when looking for my first apartment in New York City during a relocation at the end of 2013. Matt was responsive to all calls and emails at all hours of the day and night, completely understood my sense of urgency, and was a very calming and reassuring presence about the process.

    Matt found me multiple apartments to look at taking into careful consideration all the qualities that were important to me including price, location, and quality of the product. He spent hours showing a NYC newcomer all over the city making sure I was 100% comfortable with my new home. Never once did Matt attempt to up-sell me into a bigger home, or try to push me outside of the specifications I had requested. He worked diligently to make sure the units he found for me were all exactly what I was looking for!

    During the contract signing Matt was able to negotiate me a pro-rated first month as opposed to the full month''s rent that the landlord was demanding as well as a new refrigerator. He was knowledgeable about the process and absolutely trustworthy! I felt the entire time that Matt was on my side, which was a huge comfort.

    Matt continued to follow through even after the lease signing processes, helping to coordinate the process of picking up my keys and making sure they got to me safely, 1,000 miles away. I cannot recommend Matt & Erin strongly enough to you!
