An excellent listener with a keen eye for design, Samuel is known for his approachable demeanor, consummate customer service, and for getting clients the results they want.
A self-made entrepreneur, Samuel built a retail repository for vintage couture before launching his career in real estate in 1996, working first in Los Angeles on behalf of major motion picture actors and executives, then joining the New York offices of Douglas Elliman in 2005. His success in business is a strength he applies to all customers to help them realize the best value in their transactions. Samuel has closed hundreds of millions in residential sales of fine homes in the most desirable neighborhoods and buildings in New York and Los Angeles.
Samuel spent his childhood in the Tri-State area, where he was privately educated. He graduated from Villa Maria College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, Interior Design. He studied theatre at Niagara University and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, CA.
Samuel is a resident of Manhattan and supports children’s charities. When not working hard for his clients, Samuel enjoys travel, reading, theatre and spending summers along the beaches of Eastern Long Island.
