My wife and I have worked with Laura Cook and Adam Wolfe on three (three!) transactions and there's a reason we've kept coming back. They handled the purchase of our first apartment, then led us through the sale of that unit and the purchase of another when our family outgrew the old space. Laura and Adam are courteous, straightforward, friendly and infinitely patient people. The latter is particularly important, in my view, given how stressful it is to buy and sell a home. They helped us navigate choppy rate environments, DOB permits, and lord knows how many other potential impediments and we're grateful they were there to back us up. I can't recommend them more highly.
