Licensed Real Estate SalespersonEmanuel S. Augustus is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson on the New York Living Solutions Team at Keller Williams NYC. He is a multifaceted individual who is also a mortgage loan officer. He has the ability to streamline and navigate all aspects of the home buying process for his clients whether it be as a primary residence and/or as a property investment from beginning to end. Emanuel is a New York State native with roots stemming from Kingston, NY. He currently resides in the borough of Manhattan but his clients expand upstate and downstate. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management with a minor in Communications. He developed a strong work ethic, discipline, leadership skills, a spirit of teamwork and camaraderie from his past experience as a student-athlete in football and wrestling. In addition, he also learned operational and organizational skills as an intern in professional sports, having worked for the NFL-Carolina Panthers and with the PGA Tour.
