About Erica Ferrara

Erica Ferrara is the Market Center Administrator (MCA) of Keller Williams NYC, where she oversees the financial and operational functions of the Market Center while supporting the growth and success of its agents and leadership team.

 

As MCA, Erica leads the Market Center's accounting, reporting, operational systems, transaction processing, and administrative functions. She works closely with leadership to support profitability, enhance the agent experience, strengthen recruiting and retention efforts, and create an environment where associates can build thriving businesses. Her background in operations and passion for efficiency help ensure the Market Center runs smoothly while maintaining a strong focus on growth and service.

Since joining Keller Williams NYC in 2021, Erica has held several leadership roles within the organization. She began as Director of Agent Services, where she managed agent onboarding, training programs, and Market Center events, helping create an exceptional experience for both new and experienced associates. She later served as a Director of Operations, supporting seven Market Centers across New York.

Prior to Keller Williams, Erica spent four years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Operations and Client Relationship Management, where she developed expertise in financial operations, process management, and client service.

Beyond her operational leadership role, Erica serves as a Regional Wellness Ambassador for Keller Williams' New York Tri-State and Manhattan Regions, where she helps champion initiatives that promote personal well-being, professional growth, and a strong sense of community across the organization. She is also passionate about giving back through charitable and volunteer efforts, including fundraising for organizations focused on heart health and cancer research, and supporting local community initiatives through service and outreach.
