With a background in Youth Development, Human Resources, and Real Estate, Ivana brings a unique perspective to her role as Director of Development. She holds a degree in Biological Sciences from Binghamton University. Born in Argentina and raised in Queens, she values diversity and the richness it brings to every community.
As Director of Development, Ivana leads annual charity events, raising upwards of $25,000 for breast cancer awareness and $10,000 to support animal shelters and animal welfare initiatives. Each year, she seeks out a new organization to champion, focusing on causes that help those who cannot help themselves. Giving back is what feeds her soul, and she finds true purpose in making a tangible difference in the lives of others.
In addition to her fundraising work, Ivana oversees agent onboarding, training, ongoing support, and event planning, dedicating herself to creating the happiest, most welcoming workspace for her peers and clients.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, she loves connecting with clients in both languages. Animals are her passion—she is a proud cat mom to two daughters and one son—and she enjoys camping trips and spending time outdoors whenever she can escape the city.
