About Julia Maksimova

Julia Maksimova is a seasoned commercial real estate leader specializing in landlord and tenant representation across the New York City Metro area. With a career spanning nearly two decades, she has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to some of the most influential names in real estate - consistently delivering results across complex, high-stakes transactions. Beyond brokerage, Julia has demonstrated her entrepreneurial acumen by co-founding, scaling, and successfully exiting a venture in the real estate space, giving her a uniquely multidimensional perspective that few advisors can offer.

Julia's market expertise was forged at Cushman & Wakefield, where she began as a research intern in Moscow before transitioning to a full-time market research role in New York's retail division. She launched her leasing career in 2009 and has since cultivated an exceptional roster of clients on both sides of the table.

On the landlord side, Julia has closed deals with marquee institutions including Vornado, RFR, Tishman Speyer, Stellar Management, Columbia University, 601W Companies, and Clinton Housing Development Company, among others. Her tenant work is equally distinguished - spanning local boutiques to global brands and high-growth ventures, including CVS Pharmacy, Aveda/Estée Lauder Companies, Tommy Hilfiger/PVH Corp, Elie Tahari, Lime Bike, Sonder, GoPuff, Scentbird, Fuku/Momofuku, Tartinery, Una Pizza Napoletana, and Fox Group (Israel).

Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from Moscow State University and an Executive MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
