Born and raised in Latvia, I’ve built my life in some of the world’s most dynamic cities, including New York, Los Angeles, and Amsterdam. Today, I split my time between New York City and Miami—two incredible markets I truly love—allowing me to bring clients the best of both worlds. With a background in Economics and Acting, I combine strong business insight and negotiation skills with a creative eye. My love of art and design naturally complements my real estate career, from envisioning potential in a property to helping clients see how a space can become their dream home. Real estate has always been my passion. No matter where I am, one of my favorite activities is visiting open houses and imagining life in each space. Whether in the fast-paced streets of Manhattan or the sun-soaked neighborhoods of Miami, I thrive on helping people find homes that reflect their lifestyle and aspirations.
