About Masaru (Mark) Nishikiori

Mark serves as the team Investment Specialist, assisting the entire spectrum of real estate investing - from finding a property, funding, rehab and refinancing. As a seasoned investor in the Tri-State area since 2001, he has successfully generated high ROI for his clients, with over 20% of cash-on-cash return on most of his investment properties. Mark is distinguished by his hard work, charisma, and true passion for his real estate business.

 

With over 21 years of experience in New York City, he has helped over 1500 clients through leasing, sales, and investment transactions. He currently owns multi-family residential and commercial properties in NY and Pennsylvania. Additionally, he has sold several buildings, including a 33-unit residential building in Union Square in Manhattan, and has even managed to sell outdoor billboard space in Time Square. Mark dedicates his free time to coaching others on Real Estate and hosts investing seminars on how to build wealth. He recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him, and strives every day to exceed his client’s expectations.
