I'm Maxwell, a native New Yorker with over 8 years in real estate.

In a past life I was working the line in some of NYC's best restaurants. That culinary background might seem random, but it shaped everything about how I work with clients.
Chef Thomas Keller once said: "When you acknowledge, as you must, that there is no such thing as perfect food, only the idea of it, then the real purpose of striving toward perfection becomes clear: to make people happy, that is what cooking is all about." That stuck with me. In real estate, there's no perfect apartment or perfect deal, but there's the right one for you. My job is to understand what that looks like and make it happen.

The kitchen taught me how to stay calm under pressure, pay attention to details that matter, and execute when it counts. Whether you're a first-time buyer trying to break into this market, a growing family that needs more space, or someone looking to sell and move on to the next chapter, I bring that same focus and commitment to getting it right.

When I'm not working, you'll find me with my golden doodle Oliver, exploring the city, or buried in whatever sci-fi or fantasy book I'm currently obsessed with.
