About Nicolai Pamukoff

Nicolai Pamukoff is a true ‘people person’, building and maintaining long term relationships, with a client centric focus. His work experience is diverse, spanning the financial services industry (Fidelity, JPMorgan, Pershing, and UBS) and more recently interior / furniture design collaborations and consulting (BoConcept, Roche Bobois, Minotti and DWR: Design Within Reach).

Nicolai’s unique background brings an array of creative and practical skills that sets him apart from traditional ‘transactional’ brokers. His past clients have shown great loyalty by following him from the design world and intertwining with his real estate business.

Born in Canada to European parents, Nicolai has lived in the US for more than 30 years. He holds a BA Economics from Western University (Canada) and Certificates from Harvard, Parson’s School of Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). He combines experience gained from his multifaceted professional career with the knowledge formed through Continuing Education in design, space planning and world travel to provide a well-rounded and comprehensive service experience to his clients.

Nicolai is based in Manhattan, specializing in Chelsea, the West, Greenwich and East Villages, Tribeca, and Harlem. His established international network, and partnerships with high-end home design retailers and prominent art consultants extends the benefits of his client relationships well beyond a traditional one-dimensional buying and selling process.

In his free time, Nicolai enjoys swimming, USTA League Tennis, cycling and rollerblading in Central Park. His hobbies include reading, art, cooking, and playing frisbee on the beach.
