Born in Canada to European parents and based in Manhattan for over three decades, Nicolai holds a B.A. in Economics from Western University, along with advanced certificates from Harvard, Parsons School of Design, and the FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology). He specializes in Chelsea and surrounding neighborhoods, serving a diverse and often international clientele. Fluent in English, Spanish, French, and German, Nicolai provides a sophisticated, globally informed approach tailored to each client’s goals.
