Do right by your clients is Peter’s philosophy. As a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate professional, he believes that listening and asking the right questions are key to successfully achieving a client’s goals.
Peter prides himself on being attentive, reliable and transparent. He will always deliver an honest answer, and provide clients with the straightforward guidance they deserve. “I’m committed to helping people make the best real estate decisions and to navigating them through often-stressful transactions with ease.”
A New York City native, Peter has lived in Forest Hills, Hell’s Kitchen and Astoria, Queens. He holds a BBA degree in Real Estate Finance and Investments from Baruch College. His lifelong interest in real estate took shape in an initial career as the advertising director for The Cooperator, the largest monthly publication for co-op/condo board members and property managers; also producer of prominent expos around the country. Peter’s transition from the publishing/marketing/events side of real estate led to his getting a sales license, and making the most meaningful contribution of all to people seeking and selling homes.
Through 10 years of sales experience and extensive dealings with management companies, attorneys and all types of building services, Peter has developed extensive insight on co-op and condo issues, as well as relationships with many industry-related professionals across NYC. He deeply understands how the relationships between boards, management companies and residents work, which is of great value as a real estate professional.
Peter is a Founding Board Member of The Baruch College Real Estate Alumni Association, which organizes real estate networking events, panel discussions and holiday parties to raise money for student scholarships. He is also a Board Member of the Queens Council - Boy Scouts of America and an Eagle Scout. His other interests include swimming and cycling.
