Young Chul has acquired extensive and comprehensive expertise in the fields of macro-economics education, municipal fixed-income finance, and residential real estate sales and leasing – tremendous assets which allow him to gain a deeper level of quantitative analysis and greater understanding of the market. His previous corporate and public finance career on Wall Street involved working as Research Associate and Senior Statistical Analyst in the municipal finance services group at Moody's Investors Service.

Born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, Young Chul has lived in New York City for over 30 years. He is fluent in both Korean and English. He is also an active member and supporter of the Korean-American community for organizations such as The Korea Society, Korean American Society of Entrepreneur, Institute of Korean-American Studies, and The Asia Society. He holds a degree in finance with a concentration in banking from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University and studied electrical engineering as an undergraduate at SUNY-Stony Brook University. Young Chul also completed a certificate program in construction management from Columbia University. He further completed online course modules from Harvard Business School and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
