    “Had a fantastic experience working with Ron. We worked together for about 6 months, looked at many condos and co-ops throughout Manhattan. Best of all, he helped me find my dream apartment, which I will be moving into very soon! He knows the NYC market extremely well, was a skillful negotiator and assisted me through the entire buying process. At each apartment that we looked at, Ron did prep work to learn relevant background information, I found that extremely helpful and shows his value-add since the basics are already available on the real estate apps. He was always on time for appointments; an underappreciated skill but shows the value he places on your time (and was very much appreciated!). When renovations would be needed, he was able to share insights so I would have a good sense of what it would take to perform construction work in regards to cost, time and difficulty.
