This was a big deal for me, selling my condo after 8 years.     “The Nicole Gary team helped me and my husband purchase our Manhattan condo in October 2015. We had an aggressive timeline owing to the fact that we had relocated back to the NYC and were temporarily living in corporate housing. Some background information: we were referred to Nicole by another Keller Williams agent, Chris Carozza. Chris had previously worked with us for our condo in Connecticut; he was always a consummate professional and we trusted Chris. Since we needed assistance outside of his market, we trusted that he would put us in good hands. Overall, our experience with Keller William, as a whole, has been terrific. Our interactions with Nicole and Corinne were exceptional from start to finish. Nicole "gets" the NYC market. I cannot stress how important it is to have an agent on your side who really understands the NYC market. This market is brutal- inventory here moves very fast, is high in cost and is constantly changing. She knows every nook and cranny of this city and will provide you with information that is crucial in the buying process. Nicole is very real, personable, funny and cares about you as a client and as a person. She genuinely cares to understand your buying needs and what you are looking for in a home. Whenever we asked questions or had concerns, she was always attentive to our needs and took the time and care to really understand what we were asking. Nicole is also very organized and diligent. My husband is an exceptionally Type A person and he very much appreciated her attention to detail. She is always responsive via phone/email and gives detailed feedback. We also worked with Corinne often for logistics; she was also very proactive, responsive and considerate in her emails. A big thanks to Corinne because she was an integral part in our entire buying process. We started looking in July 2015 and we closed in October 2015. We essentially had 3 months to complete the entire process; between the Nicole Gary team''s professionalism and my husband''s diligence, we were able to meet our deadline. We are very happy with our new condo and could not have done this without Nicole and Corinne. We have told Nicole that we will work with her again in a heartbeat if we ever want to rent, sell or buy property in the NYC market again. Thank you Nicole for everything.
